Relationships are appealing
developing greater love
where two or more bond together
on earth or heaven above

just look ahead unto glory
to heavenly beings which bide
waiting for the body of Christ
to join them by their side

like many great and noble saints
who served their King of Kings
with angels who obey their Lord
such harmony it brings

each to share their part with God
history which they’ve done
recalling tales of blessed truth
in service to God’s Son

and at the right appointed hour
when death shall close a door
a glorious realm of love awaits
expanding all the more

in binding with the heavenly host
true friendships knot the tie
form deep profound kindred spirits
of love for God on high

through worship of a glorious King
continuous praise shall rise
commanding awe of a Savior
where joy for all abides
